We will humbly be paying homage to those we have lost during this COVID pandemic, and the recent years leading up it. This is important for three reasons. Over the past year, we’ve recognized the pain and suffering of the Black Family. Today, we also acknowledge our resilience and our ability to still be triumphant. Most importantly, we must protect, preserve, focus, and build on our greatest strength. The Black Family.
Therefore, as we honor those who have become ancestors, we will also celebrate our very own existence. Our families, our love of family, and the spirit of our ancestors are our greatest strength. With the help of divine guidance, our collective power and wisdom, we must take the matters that hurt the Black Family into our own hands. That is the strength, survival, and the working journey that awaits the Black Family and beyond. At the end of the day “All We Got Is Us.” So Please, Join Us!!!
We will be gathering at Annunciation Park, 800 Race St., New Orleans, LA 70130
